The search is over for the Holborn in wine!!! (plus a mini filofax italy review)

A month or so ago, I had written that I was finally able to find a holborn in wine colour from Filofax Italy. I really love the way it feels! It is just simply gorgeous to touch and look at. I love the colour, I love the buttery leather, I love all the pockets. I really couldn’t be more pleased with my purchase. I was hesitant to get it because for a compact, it was quite expensive. But now that I have it in my hands, I do not regret it one bit. And I think this will stay in my collection for a long time.

However, I am a bit peeved with Filofax Italy for not including all the inserts. It didn’t come with any dividers! And I made the order in November of last year so of course I was expecting a 2015 diary. But it came with the whole 2014 week on two pages calendar and no 2015!!! Not that I needed the 2015 sheets because I had some spare, but it’s the principle of it all. If I’m paying €95 (full price) for a compact size Filofax, then I expect to get the bells and whistles that should come with said Filofax! But other than that, I was happy with the timely manner in which my package was sent, and the customer service was good. Emails were responded to quickly as well, so in the end, I would still recommend buying from Filofax Italy. I would only advise to make them check that it comes with all the inserts :p.

I haven’t really used it much since I received it. That is because I have been going on a Filofax buying frenzy and have being trying out all my new to me planners (more on that later). However, I have decided to set it up and use it as my main planner for 2015.
