Yes, I know. If you’ve followed me for any amount of time, you will know that being consistent in my posts is a big struggle. I’m also a person who finds it difficult to cultivate habits because I get swept up by the currents of life and before I know it, weeks or months have passed. This is not to say that I am unable to be consistent with things. This year I was consistent in sending out my freebies to my mail list. I am very proud of myself for this. But I realise that I am only consistent when there is some form of outside pressure. In the case of my freebies, I knew that there were people waiting and expecting those emails, so I had to deliver.
So, the hope for 2022 is that I will be consistent in certain activities in order to improve in those areas. To be consistent without the need of outside pressure or expectation. Do you have a word of the year? What is it? Do share in the comments section below.
