Just wanted to share this (probably you know already), but the cover of the Gillio is the around the same size as an A6 paper. So that means that an A6 note book should fit within the cover, right?
I tried this out, and it does! You would have to trim the over of the A6 notebook, in this case a Hobonichi Techo. I haven’t done this myself (I have other plans for my hobo), but I’m sure that it could work.
I tried seeing if the Hobonichi and the planner portion of the Mia Cara would fit in together, but as you will see from the picture, the cover will not snap shut. However, I’m thinking that if you tried this with the Hobonichi Avec (which is essentially the Hobonichi Techo in 2 halves), then you should be able to carry the ring binder and half a year of the Hobonichi!
Since I have already made other plans for what I will do with it next year, I will not be doing this. But if I find that I like the Hobonichi, this may be something I will consider for 2017… perhaps…
On a side note, this is my 100th blog post! Yay!!! 😀
