Quick Post: VdS, Filofax, Mulberry, and Hobonichi on my mind this week

So I didn’t win the Van der Spek competition. But it was really fun to participate and I had a good time making those videos. So a big thanks to Van der Spek and Philofaxy for doing the competition. And a big congratulations to the winners!!! ๐Ÿ™‚

Moving on, I gave my custom VdS a break this week, and moved into my brand new Aqua Lockwood Filofax.

First impressions: I was concerned about the strap being too short, and it is. However, since I don’t have so much in my planner, it still closes. I think over time the leather will stretch and it will be better…I hope. But for now, I do like the binder. There are some pros and cons, all of which I will later mention in a review post. So watch out for that one.

The colour is just really summery! ๐Ÿ™‚ I think this is a planner (along with my yellow calipso) that I will use when I need a bit of brightness in my life. Or when summer comes along. So far, I just switch into any planner as the mood strikes, but lately I’ve been thinking maybe I should choose which planners I should use for different seasons. This is just so that I make sure that I use them all equally :D. Or maybe I’m over thinking things lol. Oh well…

I’m ending this week with the Lockwood and my new to me Mulberry pocketbook. Don’t they look lovely? ๐Ÿ™‚

WP_20150930_008Tomorrow will be my birthday and I will finally get my hands on my A6 Mulberry! eeeek!!! ๐Ÿ˜€ I’m thinking that I want to buy an a6 hobonichi and use the paper as inserts for next year…we’ll just have to wait and see.

‘Till then,

P.
